Honouring the legacy of Danny de Brabander: the next chapter for TEAM DDB
Dear friends and supporters,
As we mark six months since the passing of our beloved friend and founder, Danny de Brabander, we
reflect on his extraordinary vision and dedication to his local community and supporting those in
need through Team DDB.
Danny’s unwavering commitment to inspiring others has left an indelible mark, and his spirit
continues to guide us.
With profound respect for Danny’s legacy, we are pleased to announce that Team DDB CIC will
resume its activities. This decision, made by Danny’s family, close friends and founders of Team DDB,
honours Danny’s wishes and is testament to our collective resolve to continue the work that Danny
so passionately championed.
April 12th 2024 is Danny’s 43rd birthday and we invite you to join us as we embark on this new
chapter, carrying forward the torch of compassion and community service that Danny Lit.
In Danny’s name, we’ll continue to raise awareness of bowel cancer and we’ll support the charities,
organisations and activities that were close to his heart. These include Maggie’s, local food banks
and the Random Acts of Kindness programme.
To receive the latest updates and be a part of our community’s future, please follow TeamDDB on
our social media platforms. We’ll be announcing a range of activities and initiatives to support these
causes and there will be lots of ways for you to get involved.
We also wish to inform you that Danny’s personal Facebook page will transition into a legacy page.
While it will remain a space to remember and celebrate Danny’s life, it will no longer feature
updates from TeamDDB. We encourage everyone to follow our official channels to stay informed
about upcoming events and news.
Your support meant the world to Danny, and together we will honour Danny’s legacy and keep his
vision alive and thriving.
